At Elkhorn, superlative customer service and 100% customer satisfaction are primary business goals. Elkhorn rods come with a full warranty for parts and workmanship. Our no-nonsense guarantee is simple: If the rod requires repair, we will fix it for a minimal fee plus shipping and insurance.  The Lamson reels are covered by a direct warranty/repair process with the manufacturer Waterworks/Lamson. You will send the reel directly to Lamson for warranty/repair. So fish hard.  You are covered.

The fee for most broken rod sections is $45 and butt sections are usually $85.   We keep replacements rod sections with only a few exceptions in stock and turnaround time is quick.  Elkhorn reels can often be repaired for a cost of $45. The following Elkhorn Reels have been discontinued from manufacturing T Series, MA Series and Z Series. We have a limited supply of replacement parts for the MA Series and the Z Series. The T Series Reels are no longer able to be repaired since all replacement parts are no longer manufactured.

To insure that you receive the proper replacement rod section, it is necessary for you to send the entire rod even if only one section needs replacement.  Your rod case is a perfect container, and will fit in a commonly available triangular cardboard packing tube.

When the repair or replacement is complete and shipping is calculated we will contact you for payment. Simply return the rod or reel to:
